Mirror

April 25, 2011

This entry is as literal as it sounds.

.

Mirror is an awesome invention.

It shows us our reflections, shows us what we are looking at, shows us what we want to see.

.

Will you choose a mirror that is so perfect that it shows you the real deal, the real picture of you, plus all your imperfections?

or

Will you choose a mirror that is of a cheaper quality, somewhat blurry, has the ‘slimming effect’, and lessens your blemishes (or so you think was the case)?

.

.

Sometimes, we can’t really handle the truth.

Maybe it’s better, to stare at the less-perfect mirror and feel beautiful, then begin your day with more confidence;

Than feeling defeated by how imperfect you are, before you could even step out of your place.

.

Tacky, but very true.
